      - experience the differences in ritual and rubric that make each Lodge special. (Ritual refers to the words, rubric the actions that form the ceremony.)

I am sure you will have heard the Junior Warden's toast to the visitors in your own Lodge and the response from one of them saying how much they have enjoyed themselves. Both the Toast and the Response usually highlight the importance of visiting in Freemasonry.
